Our Lives, Our Stories: America’s Greatest Generation
Born in the 1910s and 1920s, this generation lived through the Depression, fought in World War II, and created the “baby boom.” This exhibit sets the scene and will transport you back in time to hang out at the soda fountain or in a 1950s kitchen. Discover how your grandparents, parents, and next-door neighbors changed America.
For more information on activities held in conjunction with the Changing Exhibits, visit the Events Page, email museum@parkcityhistory.org or call 435-649-7457.
This exhibition has been made possible through NEH on the Road, a special initiative of the National Endowment for the Humanities. It is brought to you by Mid-America Arts Alliance. Our Lives, Our Stories: America’s Greatest Generation was organized by the Minnesota History Center/Minnesota Historical Society, St. Paul, MN.
