• One night’s lodging is due at time of booking
• Balance due upon arrival
• Reservations cancelled more than 48 hours before arrival- $25.00 cancellation fee per room
• Reservations cancelled 48 hours or less before arrival- one night lodging cancellation fee per room
• No refund for no-shows or early departures

• Two night’s lodging deposit is due at time of booking
• Balance due upon arrival
• Reservations cancelled more than 30 days before arrival- $50.00 cancellation
• Reservations cancelled 30 days or less before arrival are charged a two-night lodging cancellation fee per room
• No refund for no-shows or early departures

Check-In Time: 4:00 PM. Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests must be approved by our front office manager.
